One of the engaging activities organized this year by Prospek Lestari Sdn Bhd was a knowledge-sharing session among staff, involving participation from two companies: Sustainable & Innovation Engineering Sdn Bhd and Tectra Sdn Bhd.
What made this session unique was that the presentations were delivered mainly by our own staff members, while the directors joined towards the end of the session. This initiative reflects Prospek Lestari’s belief that our team members have strong potential and valuable expertise to share with one another.
Session Highlights
During the session, the team from Tectra shared valuable insights and practical knowledge related to their expertise in MV Switchgear.
Meanwhile, the team from Sustainable & Innovation Engineering presented topics related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and solar energy solutions, providing useful insights into sustainable and renewable energy applications.
The session created an engaging platform for staff to exchange ideas, enhance technical understanding, and learn from one another.
